Part-time General Cleaner

We are currently looking for dependable and seasoned general cleaners to become valuable additions to our team. In these part-time roles you will assume responsibilities for upholding the cleanliness and sanitation standards of various shared spaces, including:

• Apartment buildings
• Office Buildings
• Restaurants
• Retail Stores
• Event Venues
• Fitness Centers

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, and laundry rooms
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including walls, handrails, and light fixtures
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed in the common areas
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Working cell phone for communication with management
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
